Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a low-temperature preserved milk goat semen metabolite screening and diluent preparation method, which comprises the following steps: firstly, preserving semen to the 5th day by using a basic diluent, respectively taking samples of 0, 1, 3 and 5th days for metabolome sequencing, and screening out gamma-aminobutyric acid which is obviously reduced along with the preservation time; adding gamma-aminobutyric acid with different concentrations to detect the motility rate and activity of sperms, and determining the optimal adding concentration of gamma-aminobutyric acid. The optimal adding concentration of the gamma-aminobutyric acid is 1.0 g/L, the motility rate and activity of the sperms preserved to the 5th day can reach 56.49% and 53.69% respectively, the plasma membrane integrity and acrosome integrity reach 58.93% and 60.12% respectively, the oxidation resistance of the sperms is effectively improved, and oxidative damage is reduced.
