A laminated glass (10) is provided with: a first transparent substrate (41); a second transparent substrate (42) disposed facing the first transparent substrate (41); a liquid crystal cell (20) provided between the first transparent substrate and the second transparent substrate; a first intermediate layer (31) comprising OCR provided between the first transparent substrate (41) and the liquid crystal cell (20); a second intermediate layer (32) comprising OCA provided between the second transparent substrate (42) and the liquid crystal cell (20); and a cover member (50) provided between the liquid crystal cell (20) and the first transparent substrate (41).
