Bioactive collagen hybrid peptide

A modified collagen hybrid peptide (CHP) may comprise one or more binding partners that cross-link to the CHP. CHP has the sequence of formula I: (Gly-X-Y) a-b wherein Gly is glycine, at least one of X and Y is proline, modified proline and/or hydroxyproline, and a is 3 and b is 20.
