Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a part form and position error detection method and system based on image processing, belongs to the technical field of mechanical engineering, and solves the problems that the machined surface of a to-be-detected part is possibly damaged, the error is large, the detection efficiency is low and the like in traditional form and position error detection. According to the invention, camera calibration is carried out by using a camera calibration object image, distortion correction is carried out on a to-be-measured part image and a pixel equivalent calibration object image through a camera internal reference matrix and a distortion coefficient obtained through calibration, and pixel equivalent calibration is carried out on the pixel equivalent calibration object image after distortion correction to obtain the pixel equivalent. Image processing is carried out on the to-be-detected part image after distortion correction, and final form and position error calculation is realized by using a
