The two-dimensional tungsten sulfide crystal is used as an electric sensitive layer material, and the material can change more sensitively under the action of an external electric field, so that SPR signal adjustment is realized. The invention discloses a method for preparing a high-quality single-atomic-layer tungsten sulfide crystal, successfully designs an SPR biosensor by adopting the single-layer tungsten sulfide crystal as an electric sensitive layer, achieves a lower detection limit on MCP-1 protein, and realizes ultrahigh-sensitivity detection of a clinical sample.
