Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses application of a bifunctional platinum modified nickel-iron layered double-metal hydroxide in quantitative and qualitative detection of polyphenol. The Pt/NiFe-LDH prepared by the method disclosed by the invention can be used as a nano-enzyme material for colorimetric analysis and a substrate of LDI MS. Wherein rich hydroxyl groups on LDH can selectively capture hydroxyl-containing molecules such as polyphenol, Pt/NiFe-LDH shows high peroxidase activity and can catalyze decomposition of hydrogen peroxide to oxidize 3, 3 ', 5, 5'-tetramethyl benzidine to turn blue, and the antioxidant property of polyphenol can influence the color shade of a system, so that the stability of the system is improved. And polyphenol quantification can be realized by virtue of the linear relationship between the absorbance under the detection signal and the polyphenol content in the system.
