Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a microbiological detection light path based on a laser-induced fluorescence technology, which comprises a laser, a flow chamber through which water to be detected flows, a photoelectric detector and a photomultiplier, and a light spot shaping system, the flow chamber, a scattered light collecting system and the photoelectric detector are sequentially arranged in the propagation direction of light emitted by the laser, the light spot shaping system shapes light spots emitted by the laser into linear light spots to irradiate the flow chamber, the scattered light collecting system collects scattered light and focuses the scattered light to a receiving surface of the photoelectric detector, one side of the flow chamber is provided with the fluorescence capturing system, and the other side of the flow chamber is provided with a reflecting mirror which reflects fluorescence to the opposite side.
