Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of pulping and papermaking, and particularly relates to a separation method and a fluorescence detection method for chloropropanol in ECF bleached pulp. According to a molecular imprinting method, the molecularly imprinted polymer MIP with SiO2 particles as a carrier, MAA as a functional monomer, EGDMA as a cross-linking agent and 3-MCPD as imprinting molecules is prepared. According to the present invention, the SPE small column using the MIP as the filler is used for extracting the 3-MCPD in the solution, and the extraction result shows that the MIP-SPE has characteristics of good specificity and high adsorption capacity, and can meet the detection requirement of the chloropropanol in the ECF bleaching pulp.
