Zusammenfassung:	The embodiment of the invention provides a peripheral blood smear imaging method, device and equipment. The method comprises the following steps: determining a target scanning area according to a scanning mode; acquiring a current scanning image of the to-be-detected peripheral blood smear in the current imaging view field; determining a current scanning area according to the current scanning image; according to the relative position relation between all the areas in the peripheral blood smear, the imaging view area is moved to a target scanning area from the current scanning area of the peripheral blood smear to be detected; and shooting the peripheral blood smear to be detected in the imaging view area to obtain a scanning image of the target scanning area of the peripheral blood smear to be detected. Scanning according to a preset process is not needed, dynamic scanning of the whole blood film area of the peripheral blood smear is achieved, and the imaging speed and imaging efficiency of the peripheral blo
