The camping lamp comprises a mounting base, a supporting piece is connected to the upper portion of the mounting base, a lamp body is connected to the upper portion of the supporting piece, a photovoltaic panel is connected to the upper portion of the lamp body, an LED light source module is installed in the lamp body, a wind power generation assembly is installed in the supporting piece, and a control module is installed in the mounting base. The side surface of the control module is connected with a storage battery; the invention further discloses an implementation method of the camping lamp with the wind energy and solar energy dual systems. The photovoltaic panel and the wind power generation assembly are arranged, solar energy and wind energy are converted into electric energy to be stored in the storage battery, the problem that the photovoltaic panel cannot provide electric power in cloudy and rainy days is solved,
