The hot galvanizing complex phase steel comprises a steel matrix and a zinc coating attached to at least part of the surface of the steel matrix, and the steel matrix comprises the following chemical components in percentage by mass: 0.03%-0.3% of C, 0.1%-1.0% of Si, 0.2%-3.0% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.01% of P, less than or equal to 0.006% of S, 0.05%-1.0% of Cr, 0.01%-0.1% of Nb, 0.01%-0.1% of Ti and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities; the metallographic structure of the steel matrix comprises the following components in percentage by volume: 10%-20% of bainite, 30%-50% of martensite and 20%-30% of ferrite.
