Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an Escherichia coli detection kit based on combination of LAMP (Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification) and CRISPR (Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats)/Cas (Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats) detection. The Escherichia coli detection kit comprises a specific amplification primer of an Escherichia coli ompF gene, sgRNA (Ribonucleic Acid) capable of guiding CRISPR/Cas protease to recognize a target sequence, DNA (Deoxyribose Nucleic Acid) polymerase, CRISPR/Cas protease and a fluorescent reporter probe. The invention also discloses a combination of the specific amplification primer and the sgRNA, and a method for detecting the Escherichia coli by using the kit.
