Improved nylon 66 particle and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a preparation method of modified nylon 66 particles. The modified nylon 66 particles are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of nylon 66, 0.1-0.5 part of polydimethylsiloxane, 1-10 parts of basalt fibers, 0.5-5 parts of molybdenum disulfide, 3-12 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene, 5-14 parts of molecular sieve powder, 0.1-6 parts of a metal salt compound and 0.1-1 part of an antioxidant, wherein the metal salt compound and the antioxidant are calculated according to the weight of contained metal elements. Wherein the metal salt compound is a combination of one or two of an iron salt compound, a copper salt compound and a zinc salt compound; and uniformly distributing metal elements and polytetrafluoroethylene in the molecular sieve in advance through specific steps, mixing with the remaining raw materials, and granulating to obtain the improved nylon 66 particles.
