Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a preparation method of high-wettability yellowing-resistant UV (ultraviolet) light-cured resin. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing intermediates A, B and C; the preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out ring-opening reaction on an epoxy compound and 7-hydroxy-4-methylcoumarin to obtain an intermediate A; performing ring-opening reaction on the epoxy compound and straight-chain fatty acid to obtain an intermediate B; performing ring-opening reaction on the epoxy compound and rosin to obtain an intermediate C; (2) preparing high-wettability and yellowing-resistant UV (ultraviolet) light-cured resin; unsaturated anhydride or unsaturated dibasic acid is used as a bridging compound, and the bridging compound, the intermediate A, the intermediate B and the intermediate C are subjected to an esterification reaction to prepare the high-wettability yellowing-resistant UV light-cured resin.
