Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a process system and method for directionally preparing synthesis gas by utilizing industrial organic waste liquid. The process system comprises a combustion unit and a gasification unit, the combustion unit comprises an oxygen supply device and a first reactor, so that the organic waste liquid and pure oxygen are subjected to incomplete combustion reaction in the first reactor to generate a combustion product taking CO and H2O as main components; and the gasification unit comprises a steam generation device and a second reactor, so that the combustion product and water vapor are subjected to heat exchange and then subjected to gasification reforming reaction in the second reactor, and CO and H2O are promoted to be converted into CO2 and H2, so that a gasification product with CO and H2 reaching a set ratio is obtained.
