The method comprises the steps that the vehicle speed of a target vehicle and the steering wheel rotation angle of the target vehicle are obtained; determining a vehicle speed influence coefficient of the target vehicle according to the vehicle speed of the target vehicle; determining a head lamp deflection angle of the target vehicle according to the vehicle speed influence coefficient and the steering wheel rotation angle; and controlling the head lamp to deflect according to the deflection angle of the head lamp. According to the method, the vehicle speed and the steering wheel rotation angle of the target vehicle are obtained from the target vehicle, the vehicle speed influence coefficient corresponding to the vehicle speed of the target vehicle is determined based on the data, and the head lamp deflection angle of the target vehicle is further determined through the vehicle speed influence coefficient
