Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an integrated automobile door stiffening beam and a forming method thereof. The integrated automobile door stiffening beam is composed of a main cross beam, an auxiliary cross beam, a first vertical supporting beam and a second vertical supporting beam. The main cross beam is located below the auxiliary cross beam and arranged in an inclined mode, and the inclination angle of the main cross beam is matched with the car door shape. The first vertical supporting beam and the second vertical supporting beam are located between the main cross beam and the auxiliary cross beam. The cross section of the main cross beam, the cross section of the auxiliary cross beam, the cross section of the first vertical supporting beam and the cross section of the second vertical supporting beam are all in an M shape, and the integrated forming process is completed through punching operation on integrated material pieces or spliced material pieces. Through the optimized design of the automobile door stiffe
