Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of welding materials, and particularly relates to a seamless flux-cored wire for 10CrNi3MoV steel, which comprises an outer skin and a flux core, the flux core is formed by mixing the following components including 35%-40% of rutile, 0.5%-1% of graphite, 0.5%-1.5% of sodium carbonate, 4%-7% of quartz, 0.5%-1.5% of cerium oxide, 2%-4% of magnesium fluoride, 3%-5% of silicon iron, 3.5%-6.5% of low-carbon ferromanganese, 2.5%-3% of ferromolybdenum, 0.4%-0.8% of ferrovanadium, 17%-20% of nickel powder, 6%-8% of chromium metal and the balance iron powder. The seamless flux-cored wire for the 10CrNi3MoV steel has the advantages of being good in welding manufacturability, stable in mechanical property, good in crack resistance, low in diffusible hydrogen, high in moisture absorption resistance and excellent in rust resistance.
