Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method and application of GH3625 nickel-based superalloy powder, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: according to design components, proportionally filling component raw materials into a crucible of a smelting chamber; melting the component raw materials into molten alloy steel by adopting a vacuum induction melting process; preparing high-temperature alloy powder by adopting an argon atomization method; and performing post-treatment on the high-temperature alloy powder by adopting a vibrating screen and an airflow classifier to obtain the GH3625 nickel-based high-temperature alloy powder with different particle size distributions. The GH3625 nickel-based high-temperature alloy powder with the particle size of 15-53 microns is used for a 3D printing process.
