Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a system and a method for pretreating and chlorinating a titanium-rich material. The system comprises a sorting and separating subsystem, a granulating system and a chlorinating subsystem. According to the system titanium-rich material pretreatment chlorination method, fine particles in a titanium-rich material are separated by adopting the separation fluidized bed, the separated fine particles are subjected to high-speed shearing granulation and drying treatment to obtain a granulated material, the granulated material, a coarse particle material and petroleum coke are fed into the chlorination fluidized bed reactor through the lock hopper feeder, and the chlorination fluidized bed reactor is used for chlorination. After indirect heat exchange between the air and the high-temperature chlorinated flue gas, the air and the high-temperature chlorinated flue gas are used for drying granulation materials. Fine fraction raw materials in the titanium-rich material can be fully utilized, the p
