Zusammenfassung:A lower limb exoskeleton device for a hemiplegic patient belongs to the technical field of lower limb exoskeletons.The lower limb exoskeleton device is composed of straps, a hip joint steering mechanism, a thigh mechanism, a shank mechanism and a foot assembly, the device is of a bilateral symmetry structure and is provided with two different driving systems, and during use, the straps and bandages need to be worn and fixed firstly, a motor is installed on the hip joint, and the hip joint steering mechanism is installed on the foot assembly; the other motor controls a connecting rod of the thigh mechanism to swing at the same time so as to drive the whole mechanical skeleton to rise and fall, and the motor at the position of the shank mechanism can control and cooperate to complete walking and stepping actions. The rehabilitation training device can achieve the functions of leg bending, lifting, falling, steering and the like, diversified movement modes are provided for a patient, and therefore the rehabilita
