The invention provides a papermaking felt for paper-making process reconstituted tobacco and a preparation method of the papermaking felt. The preparation method comprises the following steps: a) crushing paper pulp, mixing the crushed paper pulp with water to obtain slurry, adding an oxidizing agent, a catalyst and an oxidizing auxiliary agent, and carrying out oxidation reaction to obtain a reaction mixture; then sequentially carrying out pH regulation, ultrasonic treatment and centrifugation on the reaction mixture to obtain nano cellulose fibrils; and b) taking the nanocellulose fibrils obtained in the step a) and activated carbon particles as 3D printing materials, adding a cross-linking agent, performing 3D printing according to a pre-designed model, and drying to obtain the papermaking felt for reconstituted tobacco by the papermaking method.
