The invention discloses application of flavonoid natural products as agricultural bactericides and synergists in plant diseases, and the flavonoid natural product bactericides comprise flavone, 7, 8-dihydroxy flavone, baicalein, scutellarein, liquiritigenin and naringenin, and the flavonoid natural product bactericides comprise flavonoid, 7, 8-dihydroxy flavone, baicalein, scutellarein, liquiritigenin and naringenin. The flavonoid natural product has excellent inhibitory activity on kiwifruit canker pathogen, rice bacterial leaf streak pathogen, botryosphaeria dothidea, tobacco fusarium, tobacco fusarium, colletotrichum gloeosporioides, colletotrichum gracile and tea tree colletotrichum. By compounding a flavonoid natural product with commercial drug bismerthiazol, the bactericidal activity of bismerthiazol on Xanthomonas oryzae pv. Oryzae is greatly improved. Experimental data show that the flavonoid natural product has excellent antibacterial activity, and the application of the flavonoid natural product is
