Comprising the following steps: (1) collecting annual developmental branches which are pure in variety, robust in growth, free of plant diseases and insect pests, full in bud and 0.8-1.2 cm in thickness from leaf falling to germination; (2) carrying out moisturizing treatment on the collected scions; (3) storing in a cellaring or inventory manner; (4) from the first ten days of April to the first ten days of May, 5%-10% of original branches of the pear trees are reserved, and top grafting and head changing are conducted on other rootstocks capable of bearing scions; and (5) performing tending management after grafting.
