Display device with improved touch recognition capability

The present disclosure relates to a display device. In one embodiment, a display device includes: a lower substrate including a plurality of sub-pixels forming an active area and an inactive area surrounding the active area; a thin film transistor on the lower substrate corresponding to one of the plurality of sub-pixels; a light emitting diode on the thin film transistor corresponding to one of the plurality of sub-pixels; a plurality of first touch electrodes on the light emitting diode corresponding to the active area; a plurality of second touch electrodes corresponding to the active area on the plurality of first touch electrodes; a first shield electrode between the light emitting diode and the plurality of first touch electrodes, the first shield electrode overlapping the first touch electrodes; and a second shield electrode between the light emitting diode and the plurality of first touch electrodes, where the second shield electrode does not overlap with the first touch electrodes. 本公开内容涉及显示装置。在一个实施例
