A display device and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. A display device according to the present invention comprises: a substrate including a plurality of sub-pixels; the transistors are arranged above the substrate and are positioned in each sub-pixel; the organic light-emitting devices are arranged above the substrate and are positioned in each sub-pixel; a metal patterned layer over the organic light emitting device; and a reflective wall disposed on the metal patterned layer in a boundary region of the sub-pixels. 提供了显示装置及其制造方法。根据本发明的显示装置包括：包括多个子像素的基板；布设在基板上方位于每个子像素中的晶体管；布设在基板上方位于每个子像素中的有机发光器件；在有机发光器件上方的金属图案化层；以及布设在金属图案化层上位于子像素的边界区域中的反射壁。
