| Zusammenfassung: | A system is applied to the radar field, and comprises a broadband signal generation unit used for generating a first broadband signal; the second signal generation unit is used for generating a first single-frequency signal; the first frequency multiplication unit is used for carrying out frequency multiplication on the first broadband signal in an optical domain; obtaining a second broadband signal; the second frequency multiplication unit is used for carrying out frequency multiplication on the first single-frequency signal; obtaining a second single-frequency signal; and the frequency mixing unit is used for mixing the second broadband signal and the second single-frequency signal to obtain a millimeter wave signal. According to the invention, frequency multiplication is carried out on a single-frequency signal in an electric domain and frequency multiplication is carried out on a broadband signal in an optical domain, so that a millimeter wave signal with low phase noise can be obtained.
