The invention provides a photovoltaic flexible support which comprises two oppositely-arranged supporting structures, and the supporting structures are fixedly installed on the top face of a concrete foundation. Supporting rollers capable of being vertically moved and adjusted are arranged on the supporting structure, at least two suspension cables are erected between the two supporting rollers, and the ends of the suspension cables are downwards obliquely pulled and fixedly connected to a concrete foundation.
