Acquiring scatter data of each droplet, wherein the scatter data comprises fluorescence intensity data; fitting based on the fluorescence intensity data to obtain a fluorescence intensity distribution curve of the microdroplet; acquiring a peak point of the fluorescence intensity distribution curve; sorting peak points of the fluorescence intensity distribution curve, searching a local minimum value between every two peak points in sequence, and determining a boundary between classifications represented by the two peak points based on the local minimum values; and dividing and clustering the scatter data of the micro-droplets based on the boundaries.
