The invention provides a BIM-based foundation pit support construction method and system and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a two-dimensional drawing where a foundation pit support needs to be built and predicted weather of a future time period, determining a target time period which does not affect the construction based on the predicted weather, and obtaining a target two-dimensional sub-drawing corresponding to the target time period from the two-dimensional drawing; a three-dimensional BIM sub-model is generated based on the target two-dimensional sub-drawing, and the three-dimensional BIM sub-model is used for construction operation of foundation pit supporting; judging whether the construction operation can complete all construction of the foundation pit support or not when the preset percentage of the construction operation is completed, and if yes, generating a completion instruction to complete the construction operation; otherwise, the predicted weather of the next w
