The power assembly comprises an assembly shell, the interior of the assembly shell is used for containing at least one of a motor or a gear set of the power assembly, the assembly shell comprises a liquid conveying hole, and the liquid conveying hole is used for being communicated with the interior of the assembly shell; the heat exchanger is used for conducting heat exchange on cooling liquid of the power assembly, the heat exchanger comprises another liquid conveying hole, and the other liquid conveying hole is used for communicating one liquid conveying hole with the interior of the heat exchanger; and the embedded filter element is used for being embedded into one liquid conveying hole or the other liquid conveying hole.
