Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a rapid ramp positioning device and a using method thereof, and the rapid ramp positioning device comprises a lug assembly fixedly arranged on a drilling machine base; the cam mechanism is rotationally connected with the top of the ramp, the cam mechanism comprises a first connecting part and a second connecting part which are fixedly connected together, the first connecting part is connected with the lug assembly, and the axis of the first connecting part is parallel to the axis of the second connecting part; and one end of the screw mechanism is connected with the cam mechanism, and the other end of the screw mechanism is connected with the ramp top so as to drive the second connecting part to rotate relative to the ramp top.
