The slurry comprises an anode catalyst, inorganic salt, an ionomer solution, alcohol and deionized water. Wherein the anode catalyst is a supported iridium-based catalyst, and the inorganic salt is ammonium salt. The combination and distribution of the catalyst and the ionomer are changed by regulating and controlling the microstructure of the ionomer, so that the stability of the membrane electrode is improved. And the structure and the performance of the catalyst are not influenced while the stability of the membrane electrode is improved.
