Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a functional microsphere for simultaneously analyzing a genome and a transcriptome in a single cell. The surface of the functional microsphere is modified with single-stranded oligonucleotide molecules with two specific sequences, the first specific sequence single-stranded oligonucleotide molecule comprises a first universal primer, a cell tag and a genome capture sequence which are sequentially connected from the 5'end to the 3 'end, and the second specific sequence oligonucleotide molecule comprises a second universal primer, a cell tag, a digital molecule tag and a transcriptome capture sequence which are sequentially connected from the 5' end to the 3 'end.
