Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an iridovirus detection kit based on a CRISPR (clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats)-Dx technology. The kit comprises two CrRNA fragments which respectively target a T1 site and a T2 site of a cherax quadricarinatus iridovirus (CQIV) MCP gene. The CRISPR-Dx reaction system has low requirements on the purity of a nucleic acid sample, and is beneficial to reducing the quality threshold of extracted nucleic acid of the sample, so that the whole detection time is further shortened. A sample (the treatment process is 5 minutes) coarsely treated by using a nucleic acid extraction-free kit can also be detected by using the detection system provided by the invention, so that an accurate fluorescence signal is obtained. Meanwhile, through optimization of a detection system, the lowest detection value can reach 2.8 copy/mu L, and a relatively high relative fluorescence unit (RFU) can be obtained in detection of a clinical sample.
