Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a chip modification liquid path system, a chip modification device and a chip modification process method. The chip modification liquid path system comprises: a reagent container; the inlet end of the chip bearing module is communicated with the reagent container; a waste liquid container; an injection pump assembly; the first end of the three-way pipeline is in butt joint with the outlet end of the chip bearing module and can be communicated or disconnected, the second end of the three-way pipeline is in butt joint with the waste liquid container and can be communicated or disconnected, and the third end of the three-way pipeline is in butt joint with the injection pump assembly and can be communicated or disconnected; a waste liquid temporary storage pipeline for accommodating waste liquid is arranged between the third end and the injection pump assembly; when the waste liquid is temporarily stored, the first end is communicated with the third end, the second end is disconnected from
