Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of organic high-molecular compounds, and particularly relates to a solid silicone rubber flame-retardant material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The high-performance solid silicone rubber flame-retardant material is successfully researched and developed by skillfully combining a material enhancement technology and a physical foaming isolation technology. Specifically, the flame retardant property and the mechanical property of the ceramic solid silicone rubber are jointly optimized through mutual complementation of dual effects of vulcanization open milling and irradiation cross-linking. On the basis, a supercritical foaming technology is further introduced to carry out special treatment on the formed reinforced sheet, and a uniform microporous structure is generated in the reinforced sheet by utilizing unique properties of substances in a supercritical state.
