According to the method, the collagen PSC is extracted from the pigskin through an ultrasonic-assisted acid method, the yield of the PSC is effectively increased and reaches 38% or above, meanwhile, amino acid components in the obtained PSC are beneficial to becoming an excellent raw material of hypoglycemic peptide, then enzymolysis is conducted through pepsin, the hydrolysis degree reaches 25.21%, FDF obtained through enzymolysis of the PSC has good water solubility and ADMET characteristics, and the FDF can be used for preparing the hypoglycemic peptide. The FDF can pass through a blood brain barrier, has good absorption capability in small intestines, can promote Min6 cells to secrete insulin, can promote pancreas islet beta cells to absorb glucose, and can play a role in reducing blood glucose.
