Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an indole salt photosensitive dye as well as a preparation method and application thereof. According to the method, hemicyanine is used as a parent to prepare the photosensitive dye which has a quinoxaline structure and can generate superoxide anion free radicals after illumination. The indole salt photosensitive dye has hydrophilic groups including sulfonate and indole salt, the hydrophilicity of the indole salt photosensitive dye can be effectively enhanced, the contained hemicyanine indole salt structure can enable the photosensitive dye to locate mitochondria, superoxide anion free radicals are activated and efficiently generated in HepG2 cells to kill the HepG2 cells, and the indole salt photosensitive dye can be further used for preparing photodynamic therapy anti-cancer drugs.
本发明公开了一种吲哚盐光敏染料及其制备方法和应用,该方法以半花菁为母体制备了具有喹喔啉结构的光照后可产生超氧阴离子自由基的光敏染料。该吲哚盐光敏染料具有亲水性基团磺酸根和吲哚盐类能够有效增强其亲水性,其含有的半花菁吲哚盐结构可使光敏染料定位线粒体,实现在HepG2细胞中激活高效产生超氧阴离子自由基以杀死HepG2细胞,能够进一步用于制备光动力治疗抗癌药物。 |
