Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of sewage treatment, and particularly relates to a sewage treatment element preparation method and application based on 3D printing, and the sewage treatment element preparation method comprises the specific steps: S1, mixing 40%-45% by mass of unsaturated monomer, 3%-5% by mass of cross-linking agent, 0.5%-0.8% by mass of water-based light emitting agent, 0.2%-0.3% by mass of light absorbent and the balance of water, and filtering through a membrane filter to obtain basic hydrogel ink for later use; s2, dissolving microorganisms in water, filtering through a membrane filter, adding the microorganisms on the membrane filter into the glucose solution, and standing to obtain a microorganism glucose solution for later use; s3, mixing the basic hydrogel ink prepared in the S1 with the microbial glucose solution prepared in the S2, placing the mixture in a closed space, filling oxygen, and performing mechanical oscillation to obtain biological ink; and S4, obtaining the sewage tr
