According to the method, a non-water-soluble solvent diethylene glycol is used as a reaction medium so as to reduce the oxidation of the nanoparticles as much as possible, and meanwhile, a surfactant polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) is added as a dispersing agent so as to disperse the nano material and reduce the oxidation of the nanoparticles. The metal source is copper sulfate pentahydrate, and the reducing agent is sodium hypophosphite. And the copper nanoparticles with different sizes can be prepared in a controlled manner by regulating and controlling the reaction flow rate and temperature.
