Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a construction method and application of a conjunctival relaxation animal model. The construction method of the conjunctival relaxation animal model comprises the following steps: performing D-galactose high-dose subcutaneous injection on a New Zealand rabbit; the injection amount of the D-galactose is 50 mg/kg. A D-galactose high-dose subcutaneous injection animal model constructed by the invention is most similar to bulbar conjunctiva representation, OCT bulbar conjunctiva thickness representation, tear cytokines and histopathologic change of a CCH patient, and inflammatory response and senescence induced by D-galactose are important pathogenesis of the CCH. Therefore, the model can be used as an effective and reliable animal model for conjunctival relaxation and can be further applied to pathogenesis research of the conjunctival relaxation.
