The invention discloses a lens module, a shooting assembly and electronic equipment. The lens module comprises a circuit board, an image sensor, a fixed structure, a moving structure and a driving structure. The image sensor is arranged on the circuit board and is used for converting an optical signal entering the image sensor into an electric signal; the fixing structure is installed on the circuit board and accommodates the image sensor. The moving structure is at least partially accommodated in the fixed structure, and the moving structure comprises a moving part and a lens part accommodated in the moving part. The driving structure is used for driving one of the moving part and the lens part to move along the optical axis of the lens part relative to the fixed structure and enabling the other to move along with the moving part. The driving structure is utilized to move the lens component to the limit position, so that the lens module is in the contraction state or the pop-up state, the requirement for lig
