Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a rotor. A refrigerant having excellent cooling capacity is discharged equally or at any ratio on one axial side and the other axial side of a rotor. A rotor (10) is provided with: a shaft (12) which extends in the axial direction and through which a refrigerant passes; a rotor core (20) which is fixed to the shaft (12); a first end plate (50) which is positioned on one side of the rotor core (20) in the axial direction; and a second end plate (52) which is positioned on the other side of the rotor core in the axial direction. The rotor core is provided with a first flow path (22a) through which a refrigerant flows from one side in the axial direction to the other side in the axial direction, and a second flow path (22d) through which the refrigerant flows from the other side in the axial direction to the one side in the axial direction.
