Display device and manufacturing method thereof

A display device may include: an adhesive layer disposed on a substrate; a pixel driving chip disposed on the adhesive layer and including a plurality of pads disposed on an upper surface thereof; a planarization layer surrounding a side surface of the pixel driving chip; and a first wire disposed on the planarization layer and a pad contact layer disposed on a plurality of pads of the pixel driving chip.
