The touch device can acquire a first polygonal stroke corresponding to a first touch point acquired at a previous touch point acquisition moment and a second polygonal stroke corresponding to a currently acquired second touch point; connecting the first polygonal stroke with the second polygonal stroke to obtain a first polygonal handwriting segment; when the second polygonal handwriting segment exists, obtaining a target handwriting according to a splicing result of the first polygonal handwriting segment and the second polygonal handwriting segment; the second polygonal handwriting segment is a handwriting segment determined based on a touch point collected before the second touch point is collected; and displaying the target handwriting.
