The design method comprises the following steps: dividing the surface of the spectacle lens into a spherical surface and a disturbance surface by using a linearization method; the disturbance surface is optimized; overlapping the optimized disturbance surface and the spherical surface to obtain the optimized surface of the spectacle lens, and performing Zernike polynomial fitting on the optimized surface of the spectacle lens to obtain lens data; and smoothing the lens data, and processing according to the smoothed lens data to obtain the progressive multi-focus spectacle lens.
