The flexible sensor unit comprises upper-layer position sensor functional cloth, a middle insulating layer and lower-layer pressure sensor functional cloth; the position sensor functional cloth comprises an upper electrode, a fiber isolation layer and a lower electrode, the flexible tactile sensor for realizing large-area position and force detection provided by the invention adopts the raw materials of anti-slip cloth, space cotton and graphene solution purchased from the market, the manufacturing process is simple, the manufacturing cost is low, the service life is long, and the flexible tactile sensor is suitable for large-area detection of position an
