Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an advanced grouting sleeve which comprises a sleeve body, the sleeve body comprises a first end and a second end, a plugging mechanism is arranged in the sleeve body and comprises at least two plugging plates arranged in the circumferential direction, and a driving mechanism is arranged between a grouting pipe and the plugging mechanism in a transmission fit mode. Before grouting, the multiple plugging plates are in a spliced state, at the moment, an inner cavity of the sleeve body is closed, and therefore impurities can be prevented from entering the advanced small guide pipe; during grouting operation, along with insertion of the grouting pipe into the second end, the driving mechanism can drive the multiple blocking plates to be opened so that the inner cavity of the sleeve body can be opened, and then grout can be pumped into the advanced small guide pipe through the sleeve body to achieve grouting operation.
