Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses element segregation enhanced non-oriented silicon steel and a production method thereof. The production method of the element segregation enhanced non-oriented silicon steel comprises the steps of converter smelting, RH refining, continuous casting, heating in a heating furnace, hot rolling, normalizing, acid pickling, cold rolling, annealing and coating, and the element segregation enhanced non-oriented silicon steel comprises the following chemical components in percentage by mass: 1.8-3.5% of Si, 0.3-1.1% of Al, 0.2-0.5% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.0025% of Nb, less than or equal to 0.0020% of V, less than or equal to 0.0015% of Ti, less than or equal to 0.0045% of Nb + V + Ti, less than or equal to 0.0030% of C, less than or equal to 0.0030% of N, less than or equal to 0.0030% of S and the balance of Fe.
